Hi! I’m Mirian a multi-passioned person who has been interested in the topic of food as a way for a better life for a while now. I’m not a doctor, nutritionist, or health expert of any kind. In fact, I’m a curious, practical, and amateur cook. My “expertise” in this field comes from eating food, reading and learning about it—that’s it.
I’m fascinated with how magical it can be to use food to balance our bodies and life. However, it has to be easy, practical and fun. Life happens moment by moment, the more we can enjoy each moment, the better life we experience.
I’m also a curious person, asking “why” and “how” questions about almost anything, not only food. So as I use this platform as a vehicle for self-expression and human connection, you will see my perspective and personal journey as I apply in my days the content shared here.
