Now, a little bit about me

Hi! I’m Mirian, a multi-passionate woman who’s been exploring food as a path to a better life for a while now. I’m not a doctor, a nutritionist, or any kind of health expert. I’m a curious, practical amateur cook. My “expertise” comes from eating food, reading about it, and paying attention to how it makes me feel.

What fascinates me is how magical food can be when it comes to balancing our bodies and our lives. But it has to be doable. I believe it should be easy, practical, and fun. Life happens moment by moment, and the more we can enjoy those moments, the better it all feels.

I’m also a naturally curious person who asks “why” and “how” about almost everything, not just food. This platform is my way of exploring those questions out loud. It’s part self-expression, part human connection, and very much a reflection of the journey I’m on. You’ll see my perspective and lived experience in everything I share here.
